‘Registration Process’ – what is it

‘Rileys Reward Points allocation’

Becoming a member of Rileys Sports Bars

You can become a member by successfully completing the registration process online, by visiting https://bookings.rileys.co.uk/user/login.php, or visiting your local Rileys Sports Bar and scanning the Rileys Reward Club QR code & completing the registration process. New Members are not entitled to a physical card and can only use the Rileys Reward Club Digital card for the purposes of their Membership.

New Members become Members when they have completed the registration process to join the Membership and been accepted as Members by us.

Your Membership can only be registered in the name of an individual and an individual may only register one Membership.

Members must be 18yrs old. Identification will be required by the Club to confirm your membership request. (Drivers Licence or utility bill with your name and address). For a Student membership we will require a valid NUS card. For a Senior membership we will require proof of age.

Junior members are those who are below 18yrs old & must have consent from their guardian to join.

Existing Members

If you were a member of the Previous Membership Scheme (“Existing Member”), then your existing membership shall continue in full force and effect but in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Existing Members who used physical cards can continue to use their same card. Existing Members who use cards can also use the Rileys Reward Digital card for the purposes of their Membership. Please contact Customer services via our enquires@rileys.co.uk if your card is lost or stolen.

What membership means

By becoming a member of Rileys Sports Bar you are automatically a member of the Rileys Reward Club & can start earning points by scanning your Rileys Reward digital card or physical card (if applicable). Once you have earned 1000 points (the “Threshold”), you will receive a Free Play Voucher (“Reward”) which can be redeemed in accordance with the ‘Redeeming Rewards’ section below in all participating Rileys Sports Bars in Great Britain.

Managing your Membership

You shall be able to manage your Membership on the Website (www.rileys.co.uk). Managing your Membership includes being able to update your personal information, view Rileys Reward live balance, view Free Play voucher history and changing your communication preferences.

Earning & Redeeming Rileys Reward Points

Rileys Reward Points can be earned in all Rileys clubs, including those opened and future clubs (“Club”) & online at the time of purchase and only if the Rileys Reward digital card is scanned at the point of purchase or (if applicable) your card is presented at the time of payment.

You will earn 10 points for every pound (£) spent on the following eligible activities:

English Pool, American Pool, Snooker, Digi Darts, Next Level Darts, Darts, Shuffleboard and table tennis (“Eligible Activities”).

For the avoidance of doubt, if a Member purchases multiple Eligible Activities in one transaction, the Member will receive the number of Rileys Reward points which corresponds with the total number of Eligible Activities purchased. Earning of Rileys Reward points is not limited per transaction.

Rileys Reward points cannot be earnt on purchases of any items other than the Eligible Activities.

Redeeming Rewards

Once you have earned the number of Rileys Reward Points equal to the Threshold, those points will be automatically converted into a ‘Rileys Rewards Free Play Voucher’ worth £10.00. Rewards are valid for 12 weeks from the date on which they are issued (“Expiry Date”).

You can check the number of Rileys Reward Points you have earned and your ‘Free Play Voucher’ codes by visiting www.bookings.rileys.co.uk (scan QR code).

Rileys Reward Points have no cash value. Riley Reward Points can only be earned, held and redeemed as set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Any Rileys Reward Points obtained or used otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be invalid and cannot be redeemed.

Rileys Reward Points are personal to you and cannot be pooled with Rileys Reward Points earned by another Member and redeemed together.

Rileys Reward ‘Free Play’ voucher is only redeemable online.

Rileys Rewards ‘Free Play’ voucher is worth £10.00.

You may only redeem Rewards against the Eligible Activities. Rileys Reward Points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other discounts or promotions, unless the terms of the offer or promotion state otherwise and save as set out below.

Rileys Rewards ‘Free Play’ voucher cannot be:

• redeemed more than once;
• redeemed against purchases of items other than the Eligible Activities; or
• redeemed against food & drink.

Cancellation & Expiry of Membership

Rileys Sports Bars & Rileys Rewards Club membership expires annually & can be renewed free of charge in a Rileys Sports Bar.

If you wish to cancel your membership please contact our customer services on enquiries@rileys.co.uk.

Rileys Rewards ‘Free Play’ vouchers expire after 12 weeks from the issue date.

We will try and notify you in advance that your Rileys Sports Bar membership is about to expire but, in any case, it is your responsibility to make sure you use your Rileys Rewards ‘Free Play’ vouchers before the Expiry Date. Expired ‘Free Play’ vouchers cannot be redeemed.

Rileys Reward Points are still valid up to 1 year after the membership expires. The membership would need to be renewed to use or add to the Rileys Reward Points. However, on the anniversary of ceasing to be a Member, all Rileys Reward Points will expire and you will revert to being a red member at your next visit.

Changes to your details

If you need to change any of the details you provided when you registered, please either:

(i) update your details through the Website; or
(ii) contact Customer Services via (insert link for contact form)

Rileys Rewards Club Membership benefits

For the avoidance of doubt, “Drink” means any drink which is complete as served.

Red 1-3 visits

• Rileys reward Points (10 points in every £1 spent on activities)
• Book online & save 10% of the price otherwise charged in the club on that specific day

Bronze 4-13 visits

• Rileys reward Points (10 points in every £1 spent on activities)
• Book online & save 10% of the price otherwise charged in the club on that specific day
• Club Pricing: save 10p off every Drink (both alcoholic for over 18’s only and non-alcoholic) vs standard club price on that specific day

Silver 14-36 visits

• Double Rileys reward points (20 points in every £1 spent on activities)
• Book online & save 10% of the price otherwise charged in the club on that specific day
• Club Pricing: save 15p off every Drink (both alcoholic for over 18’s only and non-alcoholic) vs standard club price on that specific day

Gold 37-71 +

• Double Rileys reward points (20 points in every £ spent on activities)
• Book online & save 10% of the price otherwise charged in the club on that specific day
• Club Pricing: save 20p off every Drink (both alcoholic for over 18’s only and non-alcoholic) vs standard club price on that specific day
• Free entry into all ‘Ticketed’ Sports events at Rileys
  • This excludes all paid for tournaments.
