Rack Up & Roll Summer Series 2024 Terms & Conditions
- All entrants must be members of Rileys Sports Bars. To become a member please visit https://bookings.rileys.co.uk/user/login.php
- Players must be aged 16 years or older to compete – players shall be eligible to compete from the date of their 16th
- The Rileys London Victoria venue is only able to accept entries from players aged 18 or older on the day of the qualifying event.
- Players will be allowed to enter more than one Club Tournament.
- Strictly Amateurs ONLY (County B level & below at Rileys Sports Bars discretion)
- The cost for entry is £40 per person. Rileys reserves the right to change entry costs without notice. All monies are non-refundable.
- Closing date for the receipt of entries is Friday 3rd May 2024.
- Each Club has a £1000 cash prize pot based on 16 players.
- 1st £400, 2nd £300 3rd £200, fourth £100
- The cash prize is pro rata’d if with less than 16 entrants.
- 16 entrants at £40 =£640 +£360 added by Rileys Sports Bars to give a total of £1000. £360 / 16 = £22.50 per person
- Example: 11 entrants this would equate to 11 x £40 =£440 + 11 x £22.50 = £247.50 + £440 = £687.50 this would be broken down in to prize payments of: 1st (40%)- £275, 2nd (30%)- £206.25, 3rd (20%) -£137.50, 4th (10%)- £68.75. Total £687.50.
- The games are played as a league format and should have 15 weeks of fixtures
- Race to 11 frames of pool
- Black ball rules
- 2 hours’ time limit per match (if matches run out of time the score at that point is what is declared) no points for a draw
- Scoring 3 points for the win and 1 point to players per frame won. Best score on the day possible is 14
- Scores to be updated weekly and posted on social media & (insert weblink)
- Matches to be picked at random and played in two slots-1830-2030 and 2030-22.30 (the time slot is also picked at random)
- It is each players’ responsibility to be available to play their game on the required date; players who are not available to play are subject to disqualification from the tournament.
- Rileys reserves the right to change the location or date of the events and offer an alternative venue to compete at or a refund of the entry fee for the original event.
- All games must be played in the order of the published draw. No further draw will be made after the first round has been played.
- No substitutes are allowed at any stage of the competition; only the named entrant can compete.
- Full fixture list should be available at site for players reference and as an advertisement to create interest
- Fixtures should be posted to social media & (insert link) at least 72 hours in advance
- Games can only be postponed with the consent of the opponent and should be 24 hours in advance (circumstances can be given allowance for)
- Top 4 players from each site will qualify for Rack Up & Roll Summer Series 2024 Grand Final held in Coventry on Sunday 8th September 2024. Total Prize Pot of £5000, split losing quart finalists £300pp, losing semi finalist £700pp, Runner up £900, Winner £1500
- RILEYS RESERVE THE RIGHT:
- To refuse or cancel any entry at any stage throughout the tournament.
- To address any eventuality not directly covered in the rules and deal with entirely at their discretion.
- To limit social activities while play is in progress during any match.
- To disqualify a player or players for any unsporting behaviour which is likely to cause upset or distraction to an opponent, act as arbiters in the case of a dispute and to apply a decision which will be absolutely final.
Rileys Sports Bars decision is final in all matters appertaining to the Rack Up & Roll Summer Series 2024.
Rack Up & Roll Summer Series Grand Final
- All qualifiers will be responsible for their own travel, accommodation and subsistence logistics and expenses in relation to the Rack Up & Roll Summer Series Grand Final.
- Total Prize Pot of £5000, split losing quart finalists £300pp, losing semi finalist £700pp, Runner up £900, Winner £1500 paid via BACS within 5 working dates of the Final.
