BOOK NOW2025 Rileys Cash Grab Darts Tour
RILEYS AMATEUR QUALIFIERS RULES
1. Players must be aged 16 years or older on or before 1st January 2025 to compete (this excludes any event held at Rileys Victoria as it is 18+ only in that venue)
2. Players will be allowed to enter more than one Qualifier. No Tour Card Holders will be allowed to enter.
3. In all rounds, games will be played on a standard dartboard comprising of doubles, trebles, 25 and 50 (“bull”), which is hung 5’8″ from the centre of the bull to the floor, and the throwing distance will be 7’9″1/4 measured along the floor. Games will be played under Darts Regulation Authority Rules (available at www.thedra.co.uk).
4. The 50 or “bull” counts as double 25, and when a 50 is required, “bull” is game shot.
5. Games in all rounds of each Tour will be the best of seven legs, 501 up, straight start and finish on the double. The bust rule will apply in all games, as detailed in DRA Rule 5.3.
6. “Equal Darts” are not recognised, and the player who first obtains the number required in accordance with the playing conditions wins the game.
7. It is each players’ responsibility to be ready to play their game when required; players who are not in a position to play are subject to disqualification from the tournament at the Tournament Official’s discretion.
8. No darts count unless the point is actually touching the board when the score is called. All players must retrieve their own darts. The score of any dart falling from the board is not counted – only darts with the point touching the board at the point of retrieval are counted, regardless of any score previously called by the marker.
9. All games must be played in the order of the published draw. No further draw will be made after the first round has been played.
10. Players must throw from the standard line or oche, as detailed in DRA Rule 5.7.
11. The result of each throw must be clearly shown on a chalkboard, scoreboard or score chart, giving the number obtained and the number required. All scores must be recorded by the marker and checked by the referee or players.
12. No call is to be made, or information given, except by the marker/referee. The marker/referee may inform the player of the number they require to finish a game if the marker/referee is asked. The marker/referee may disqualify any player not observing the rules. In the event of any dispute, the marker/referee’s decision shall be final.
13. Closing date for the receipt of entries is 1700 GMT on the day prior to each specific event through the Rileys online entry system.
The cost for entry is £10 per event. Rileys reserves the right to change entry costs without notice.
14. No substitutes are allowed at any stage of the competition.
15. Players are required to wear a collared shirt/polo shirt, trousers and shoes. Jeans, trainers and round-neck t-shirts are not permitted to be worn by players. Playing attire rules can be seen in DRA Rule 5.17.
16. RILEYS RESERVE THE RIGHT:
